LAND OF A THOUSAND HILLS
Land of a Thousand Hills is a US coffee chain with their own coffee farm in Rwanda. The beans they use to brew their coffee are harvested by the local two battling tribes from the Rwandan Genocide. Working side by side gives them the opporunity to forgive and rebuild their countires together.
It's hard to forgive a friend and even harder to forgive a former enemy. Are Americans that gracious to forgive? Or open to building such relationships?
We launched a campaign that would give away 1000 cups of coffee in exchange for a 1000 stories - encouraging others to invite a friend, share a cup, and build relationships.
